Spiritual Food for thought – Seeing God in the mundane

“It is unlikely that we will deepen our relationship with God in a casual or haphazard manner. There will be a need for some intentional commitment and some reorganization in our own lives. But there is nothing that will enrich our lives more than a deeper and clearer perception of Gods presence in the routine of daily living” – William Paulsell

Father God, we are thankful that you care about all areas of our lives. It is easy for us to forget that this is the case, which is why we are usually more aware of your presence or our distance when things are not going so well or when we are celebrating. Please show us how to be more intentional with our relationship with you, especially when it comes to the daily grind and help us to see your presence in our daily living. – Amen
